The Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia along with the Nova Scotia Department of Advanced Education is pleased to sponsor a three-part training program for AANS Shellfish and Finfish operators.  Over the past seven months, classroom training in aquaculture productivity and HACCP risk analysis has been offered. We are now offering individualized training sessions on standard operating procedure development, risk analysis and risk control plan development.  These sessions will consist of a personal visit to your farm by Melissa Rommens of Sustain Aqua. …
