Digby Scallop Days

Digby Scallop Days, the area's longest running festival, is a celebration of scallops, the scallop fishing industry and the people who brave the seas to harvest them.  Digby Scallop Days is celebrated over a three day period starting on Friday and ending on Sunday. Pugwash HarbourFest

After last year’s exciting combined event with the Gathering of the Clans and the Tall Ships visit, the executive of Pugwash HarbourFest is looking forward to 2018.  Dates are already set – the weekend of August 11-12th. Planned activities include many old favourites: Soapbox Derby, the Recycled Regatta (cardboard boat race), 5K race, bathtub boat races, beach volleyball, Got Bobbled, the lobster trap maze and much more.
