Taiwan’s largest fishery trade event connecting buyers and suppliers will take place on 3-5 December 2020 at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei City, Taiwan. This year’s exposition marks the 5th edition of TIFSS. This is Taiwan’s most important fishery and seafood trade event, with previous years connecting over 170 exhibitors and 340 booths with 6,900 buyers, showcasing a complete range of fishery products in fishing tackle, pelagic fishing, off-shore fishing, inland aquaculture, seafood processing and marine biotech in five exhibition categories: Fishery Equipment and Technology, Seafood and Value-added Seafood, Aquaculture, Seafood Processing and Marine Biotechnology.

Major exhibition products will include fishing rods, fishing lines, fishing reels, fishing bait, fishing hooks, lures, fishing nets, marine buoys, fishing ropes, fish-finders, fishing lights, navigation radars, fishing and marine satellite communications antennas, mini ROV, smart aquaculture systems, pumps, cages, feed, water quality monitoring systems and seafood and processing machinery. These are essential products for leisure fisheries, fishing boats, aquaculture farms, catering, hotels & restaurants, and the seafood trade industries.

TIFSS 2020 highlights will include leisure fisheries, smart ecological aquaculture systems and smart fishery technology. Concurrent with TIFSS, a seminar on aquaculture and international marketing will be held focusing on such topics as aquaculture techniques, marketing strategy, seafood certification and cold-chain trends, with speakers from Japan, Israel and Taiwan.

The platform offers myriad choices to local and overseas suppliers and visitors wishing to make a purchase or strike a good deal.
